The International Blues Coalition and the Illinois Blues Coalition were established to promote and stimulate the growth of the art form of blues related music by performance, by interpretation, by preservation and by enhancement through a grant application process for recognized Blues Promoters, Blues Societies, Blues Music Entertainers and Blues Music educators.
